I like this site so much it's make workshop easy Foundation Chain:  Multiples of 14 + 13 Row 1:  Skip 1ch, 1dc/sc in each of the next 6ch, skip 2ch, * 1tr/dc in each of the next 6 ch, 2ch, 1dc/sc in each of the next 6ch, skip 2ch; rep from*, 1tr/dc in each of the next 3ch, 2tr/dc in last ch, turn.

Chain stitch – ch Slip stitch – sl.st Double crochet / Single crochet – dc / sc Treble / Double crochet – tr/dc Stitch - st Back Post tr /dc – BPtr/dc:  work like normal tr/dc but insert your hook from back to front between the the first and second stitches in the row below, and then from front to back again between the second and third stitches. Back Post tr /dc – BPtr/dc:   work like normal tr/dc but insert your hook from back to front between the the first and second stitches in the row below, and then from front to back again between the second and third stitches.   Round 1:  4(beige yarn) Work 4 ch, then make 17 tr/dc in last ch and sl.st in third ch. This stitch it really easy and quick. It makes a nice closely woven fabric, suitable for a baby blanket or winter hat and scarf set. It’s also good for place mats or even a tablecloth, or dish towel and washcloth set.   Pattern Here
